By accessing the GymCat website, placing an order or completing the checkout process, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms should be read together with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Orders & Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that stock quantities displayed on our website are accurate. However, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the option of an alternative product, where available, or a refund for the unavailable item.
GymCat reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of stock errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Where GymCat cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred and subject to applicable law.
Payment is required when placing an order. We accept the payment methods made available during checkout.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or authorised.
Promotional offers, discount codes and sale prices may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates and stock availability.
3. Shipping & Delivery
GymCat will make reasonable efforts to process and dispatch orders within the delivery timeframes communicated on our website.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, remote delivery locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. GymCat will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
