DELIVERIES

  • All delivery fees will be based of standard shipping charges as per our fulfillment subcontracted service provider and are calculated by the total weight of the order, the delivery fee will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your Order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.

 

  • Delivery of Your Order will be made 3 to 10 business days from the date that your Order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 21 business days. We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.

 

  • Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.

 

  • Two attempts will be made to deliver Your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, You may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.

  • Pre-Order and Shipping: If a Pre-order item(s) has been ordered and a item(s) not on Pre-order(in stock item) has been included in the same order and the order has been successfully completed the Pre-order item(s) will receive preference above the in stock item(s) regarding the shipping of the order! All items in the order will only be shipped on the date(s) as stated on the website regarding the Pre-order.  If a customer wants the in stock item(s) included in the same order to be shipped before the Pre-order date(s) he/she has to pay a additional shipping fee. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Within 48 hours of your Order having been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your Order.

  • Alternatively you can track your order by clicking on the link

  • When your Order is delivered, You must inspect the Products and be satisfied that the products conform to the quality and quantity you ordered and are free from any defects. If unsatisfied products must be returned within 7 days of which the purchaser shall incur delivery costs.

RETURNING AND EXCHANGING PRODUCTS

1. Gym Cat will only be liable for the refund and return shipping costs of the purchased product if the purchased product in question is defected on delivery or not as shown by Gym Cat via website and other mediums. Gym Cat must be notified within 2(two) days from date of delivery completion of defected item(s) that the purchaser wants to return/exchange or get a refund. If Gym Cat is notified outside this time period the purchaser will be liable for the shipping costs concerning exchanges. Gym Cat will not be held liable for any refunds on defected item(s) if Gym Cat is notified outside this 2(two) day window after delivery completion was fulfilled.   

2. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 1.2 below, If you wish to return or exchange item(s) you must return the product(s) purchased(non defected/non damaged) within 14(fourteen) days(delivered at GymCat's delivery address within 14(fourteen) days) from date of delivery completion by contacting us on 082 409 8567 or info@gymcat.co.za, provided that the Products:

  • 2.1.1. are in their original purchased condition and packaging and have not been worn(only fitted), used and/or are soiled;

  • 2.1.2. have the price (swing) ticket and labels attached and have not been altered, repaired, incorporated or added to.

3. If the purchaser wants to exchange an item(s) for a different item(s) provided by Gym Cat additional discounts like "Ambassadors discounts", First buyers discount" and/or any other promotional/current discounts does not apply to the exchange replacement item(s) and only the price/amount as shown on the Gym Cat website or on other mediums Gym Cat uses will be applicable regarding the exchange process. 

4. When the exchange between the purchaser and Gym Cat is complete and a excess amount is left due to the exchange replacement item(s) being less in value as the original purchased item(s) Gym Cat will refund the purchaser with a Gym Cat voucher reflecting the outstanding amount created by the difference between the exchanged and the replacement item(s). this voucher is only applicable on the Gym Cat website/store.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made by crediting your original method of payment within 14 days from the date that the Product has been returned to us.

If you paid the Product purchase price via EFT, we will require proof of your banking details(Bank approved Letter) and a copy of your identity document in order to verify your identity and banking details and process the refund. No cash refunds will ever be made.

No item(s) that are on sale/special/discount sold by GymCat on or off the website are refundable.
