Individuals who qualify for a free eating program acknowledge that it is their own responsibility to submit the online questionnaire within 14 days of their purchase, failure to do so will result in voiding the free program and any request for a eating program shall be charged for at a price reserved by Gymcat.

Please note that this program is not intended to heal any medical issues/conditions. The performing of this program must be done with great caution and full understanding on how the structure work. 

 

We recommend that the participant of this eating program must do the necessary research on how to do the exercises properly and with good form.

 

This eating program can/will only produce results if the participant makes consistent effort in following the program and on a daily basis as the program is designed.

 

Make sure your chosen questions are answered correctly according to what your goals are. 

 

This is a one-off eating program and any changes the participant wishes to be made will be done by Gym Cat at an extra cost.

 

Gym Cat will not be held responsible for any injury, death, sickness, lack of results due to the performing of this program. 

 

If the participant of the eating program makes any changes to the training program the results of these change(s) will not be the responsibility of Gym Cat and Gym Cat will be set free from any loss, injury or death due to these changes.

 

All eating programs designed by Gym Cat will be clearly set out and easy to understand. It is the responsibility of the participant to familiarise himself/herself with the eating program fully to be able to do it correctly and get the best results possible. 

 

By answering these questions and submitting your request for obtaining this eating program you acknowledge all of the above mentioned and that as soon as the eating program is in the participant's possession that Gym Cat is set free from all results, actions, injuries, death and loss due to the executing of this eating program.
